
Thomas Rosko, M.D. received his B.A. degree in philosophy from Saint Joseph's College in Philadelphia, PA and his M.D. degree from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, PA. A board-certified psychiatrist, his experience includes serving as Vice-Chairman for Psychiatry and Medicine in the Department of Psychiatry at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, and Chief Psychiatrist at San Quentin State Prison in California. Dr. Rosko lives with his wife Lori in Visalia, CA where he maintains an active practice of psychiatry.
